Shipping and delivery in Australia

Orders will be processed and packed within 2-3 business days.

All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post at a flat rate of $9. The estimated timeframe for standard delivery within Australia is 3-5 business days. Please enjoy free shipping for orders over $150.

Express post incurs a flat rate of $14 with an estimated delivery time of 1-3 business days for most metropolitan suburbs and larger regional areas.

Please account for any delays depending on the time of year. If you require your order before a certain date, we recommend that you choose express post at checkout.

International shipping and delivery 

Yes, we ship worldwide! We have a flat rate of $20 for international shipping. We will ship using either DHL Global Mail, DHL Express, UPS or Australia Post.

Please note that local duty and taxes are the responsibility of the receiver in the destination country.

Return and Exchange Policy

We hope you love your items as much as we do, however sometimes things might just not fit quite right. If you wish to return your purchase for a refund or store credit, please contact us with your order number and date of purchase via We will provide you with return instructions.

Returns must be lodged with us within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for refund or store credit, the items must be returned to us in the same condition they were received, unworn with tags still attached. 

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the items are deemed faulty. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for international orders, unless the item is faulty.


As we are a small business and hold limited inventory, we do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee your item will be in stock when we receive your return. Instead, we recommend purchasing your preferred item and contacting us to process a return on your original purchase.

Faulty items

At Little Loft Merino, we personally check and pack all orders to ensure items are in perfect condition before they arrive to you. In the very rare event an item arrives that appears faulty or damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order via

Depending on the nature of the fault, we will offer you a refund, replacement or store credit. Please be aware that it is at our discretion to deem what is a faulty item. ALL faulty items must be returned to us in the same condition they were received, unworn with tags still attached.
